Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast
Get ready for another very warm and humid day today with plenty of sunshine. We are going to top out in the upper-80s, though if you'd like a little relief, you could go to Lake Michigan where it'll cool down a bit. Tonight will be mostly clear and quiet with lows in the mid-60s. Highs will be in the upper-80s to lower-90s on Tuesday with sunny to partly cloudy skies. There will be a risk of an isolated afternoon thunderstorm, mainly to the NW as a cold front approaches. This front will be rolling through on Tuesday night giving us a chance of a few scattered showers or T'storms, but as the sun sets, we'll slowly start to lose the energy that these storms would need. Lows will bottom out in the low-60s. A few showers will linger into Wednesday morning, but you'll have more dry hours than not. Temperatures will be cooler with highs in the mid-70s. High pressure over Ontario will draw in cooler air from Canada. Thursday is our next preseason Packers game and the weather looks fairly comfortable with highs in the upper-70s with a slight chance of a shower.
