Hey Ya’ll! It’s my day 39 and I’m feeling amazing. Since yesterday I’ve just had this surge of energy and I’m feeling the urge to ramp up my workout routine. I have a little home gym with minimal equipment and I made a rucking backpack. Just curious what you might do. I like to lift weights and walk. Any advice on how to ramp up my training would be appreciated.
