🚤 Aluminum Strength: Discover why we choose aluminum for the construction of our fuel tanks in performance boats. With baffles every 12 inches and thickness ranging from 3/16 to 1/4 inch, we ensure durability and safety. Each tank is pressure tested before installation, adhering to the highest standards.

💧 Smart Installation: Learn about the strategic placement of fuel tanks in the lowest part of the V of the boat, and why installing drain tubes underneath is crucial for water management. These tubes are glassed in place, providing a seamless and secure foundation for the tanks.

🔒 Secure and Sound: The Coast Guard mandates mechanical fastening and rubber pad suspension underneath the tanks. We take it a step further by foaming the tanks in place with 8 lb foam, preventing water absorption and adding an extra layer of security.

🛠️ Sealed with Care: After the foam installation, we encapsulate the tanks with fiberglass and paint them to ensure waterproofing. This meticulous process not only secures the fuel tanks but also enhances the boat's structural integrity.
