“He Peed the Floor on Purpose Because He Doesn't Have a Diaper” (August 2023)

Joe, Andrew's brother, attempts to explain Andrew's bizarre and disturbing behavior to an officer. Andrew then emerges from the home and complains to the officer that his father is abusing and neglecting him. At 6:45, he states that he refuses to wear diapers because his father and people on the Internet make fun of him.
