Spotsylvania School Board Shamgar Connors statement 6-12-2023

This is me speaking up at the spotsylvania school board on 6-12-2023, because i found out that there was a book in the schools that contained what should have been ILLEGAL material for minors in public schools to read.

I am speaking to a book, which was just entered into the challenge process today, found at Riverbend and Massaponax high schools, called Relish, it’s a graphic novel. This book’s primary focus is the authors foodie influences throughout her childhood and young adulthood. However, there are 5 pages, which contain pornographic drawings of pornographic magazines. The author herself, labels these magazines as pornographic 7 times.

I don't want to type everything that is in the books because its really bad. however I do have the pictures, if anyone wants them, you can look it up or i can find a way to post them somewhere, although might be hard because they will probably get banned everywhere they are posted.

Please pray for the WEIRDOS that want this kind of stuff in schools. They are clearly lost and desperately need Jesus Christ in their lives.
