This week we have my dear friend Roy Gerela back to continue our football series. Roy is a coaching consultant, recruiting strategist and advisor, and motivational speaker. In 2025, he is organizing football camps for high school and college players that focus on helping young players meet their true athletic and personal potential.

Roy is a former Pittsburg Steeler placekicker who played 11 seasons in the NFL. He also played for the Houston Oilers, and San Diego Chargers.
