"Nature wins": Malibu surfer surveys damage from Palisades Fire

Malibu resident Matt Diamond, 35, said, "It's a lot but you know, nature wins... it's unfortunate but that's part of the world we live in today." One of California’s most iconic stretches on Pacific Coast Highway was nearly unrecognizable on Wednesday (January 8) as the Palisades Fire flattened nearly everything in its path, all the way up to the ocean.
