Delicious Chicken Broccoli Chowder, Perfect for Chilly Days, Inspirational Thought

So delicious and comfort food at its best, especially in cold weather. Made from scratch with no canned soups. This chowder is so healthy and an easy recipe. Enjoy....

CHICKEN BROCCOLI CHOWDER
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped celery
Sautee in 3 TBLS butter

Add:
3 cup chicken broth
10 - 12 oz chopped broccoli (we use frozen)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
Bring to a boil
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Add:
2 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup instant potato flakes
Heat until it's close to a boil
Add 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bring to the verge of a boil or until cheese is melted.
