“The Insufficiency of the Sacrifices” verses “The Great Sufficiency Offering of Christ” Hebrews 10:4
Burnt offerings and animal sacrifices for sin were insufficient. God took no pleasure in the sacrifices, due to the fact that they were inefficient, even though they were necessary at the time. It is only in the Sacrifice of Christ that God would take pleasure, inasmuch, as it would be totally sufficient. God paid the price in His Own Person His Blessed Son Jesus Christ.
