Meanwhile, Los Angeles Mayor, Karen Bass is in the West African nation of Ghana, on a Biden administration delegation trip to attend the presidential inauguration of John Dramani Mahama.

During her time in Congress, the Bass chaired the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Global Human Rights and International Organizations. You know: Bill Gates-type stuff.
