EU could lift some Syria sanctions quickly, France says

One month after Assad rule ended in Syria, France's foreign minister and EU sources said the bloc was seeking to lift some sanctions soon. The hope is to give the country's economy - ailing after years of civil war and ruinous rule by the Assad family - a much-needed boost. Lucy Fielder reports.
