Getting Spiritually Fit Stage 1 Preparation

The first of a new series of videos – if you wish to step into or advance as a Spiritual Warrior, lets take seriously our physical, mental, spiritual and emotional fitness. This will be a good old fashioned back to basics - reminding you of your innate power to make the changes yourself, whilst supported by your guides, higher self and a 'can do' attitude.
No endorsement of any regime or practise is recommended as right for everyone -as there is no one size fits all approach - but suggestions will be made, comments from others can be read - but you will at all times be reminded to follow your own knowing whilst prompted to remember the 4 bodies within - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual.
