Yet Militech clearly has no trouble committing atrocities of their own, butchering innocent people over any number of arbitrary reasons in the Badlands.

And those are just the ones I've stumbled across OUTSIDE Night City, no doubt there's far more and worse going on inside the city limits themselves.
