Intermittent Fasting
I started with a 16:8 fasting routine—16 hours fasting, 8 hours eating. This helped my body burn fat while giving my digestive system a break.
Targeted Exercise
I focused on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and core exercises like planks and mountain climbers. HIIT torched calories fast, while core workouts tightened my abs.
Clean Eating
I cut out processed junk and loaded up on lean protein, healthy fats, and plenty of veggies. This kept me full, fueled my workouts, and sped up fat loss.
