So, what does God have to say about this sad situation? As we shall see, it's a lot. For instance, He assures us that "my purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please . . . What I have said, that I will bring about; what I have planned, that will I do." Also, He "works out everything according to the plan/purpose of His will." So how can we small specs of dust stuck on the surface of planet Earth say it isn't going to happen? - Which is exactly what we are saying.
