Rep. Andy Biggs says he's optimistic the Laken Riley Act will be on Trump’s desk by inauguration

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) says the Laken Riley Act will give law enforcement more authority to detain illegal immigrants who have been accused of theft-related crimes. Rep. Biggs says he’s hopeful the bill will be brought quickly to the Senate floor and be ready to sign into law by the time President-elect Donald Trump takes office.
