Before The THRONE - Flashing Lightning; Roaring Thunder- Spoken Poetry

This poem by Gabriel Mattix describes a sinner standing before the holy throne of God, who recognises he has broken God’s commands and is therefore deserving of judgment. However, a Mighty Figure, Jesus Christ, speaks up, vouching for the sinner’s salvation through faith in Him. The Judge forgives the speaker's sin, welcomes the sinner as His own redeemed child, and promises eternal life through faith in Jesus. This same gracious outcome is freely offered to everyone who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ as their one and only Lord God and Savior.
