Fundamental Shortcomings in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

These are my thoughts on some basic principles of a NATO military, based on my experience, that seem to be lacking in Ukraine. These blind spots lead to preposterous decisions on the part of Ukrainian command, resulting in senseless losses. These are some obvious things, especially if you've ever served in the military of a NATO country, but they don't get a lot of mention by commentators for some reason, which is why I decided to put them all together in this talk.
