WHY wait 4 years to release?
The Lord told me it would take a few years before these came to pass, therefore, it would discourage people as they waited. This includes the families and the prisoners (and others on probation) themselves. NOW, beginning in 2025, these will begin to come to pass.

An illegitimate leader (one who cheated) has less power and authority than a legitimate one because true power and authority comes from God.
