David Webb, author of The Great Taking book and documentary, addresses pressing concerns about property rights and financial security in this exclusive 2025 Outlook Series interview with Daniela Cambone. Webb explains his efforts to collaborate with local legislators to advocate for changes to Article 8 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), warning that current laws could enable powerful banking lobbies to seize private property.

“This is really the very biggest banks that will take the property. And further, it's not a financial matter per se. It is part of a global hybrid war strategy,” Webb warns. He also points out the failures of federal oversight, which he argues are “designed to trap people's energy and keep them on the sofa thinking someone else is going to handle this.” Instead, Webb advocates for grassroots action, insisting that change must happen at the local level.
