God can use our enemies to protect us. Paul's ministry continues to stir up the Jews, and while the Romans could find no fault, imprisoned Paul to keep things calm within the Jewish community. A murder plot was uncovered, and Paul was transferred to a prison in Caesarea where these chapters take place. All during Paul's captivity, he continues to preach the Good News to all who will hear.
