Just finished an intense workout session! 💪🏋️‍♀️ These exercises really pushed me to my limits. Holding the push-up halfway and pulsing that leg up for 10 reps was no joke! 🔥 I made sure to squeeze my elbows into my midline to engage my core. And let's not forget about the killer oblique workout with the knee-to-elbow crunches. 🙌 The burn was real! 🔥 Now it's time to stretch and cool down.
