Info from Licensor: "Whilst cycling home from work along a road on which pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders have priority over motorized vehicles, I was subject to a close pass from a driver who subsequently stopped abruptly, hit me with his door breaking my finger, and then threatened me in the street. Having made a complaint to Guernsey Police, they submitted a file to the Criminal Justice Unit who decided not to take any action against the driver despite Guernsey Police recently launching a ‘Stay Wider of the Rider’ safe overtaking campaign in association a local cycling group."
