KCMO police kill man they say threatened them with gun

Police said an officer shot and killed a man after they say he threatened them with a gun. Around 10:20 p.m. Monday, they responded to Northeast 34th Court and Northeast Rock Creek Drive. That's east of I-29/35 and south of NE Parvin Road. Officers said a man with a gun was threatening to harm himself, and as he was speaking with them, he threatened to harm them with the gun.
