Putin says Moscow will consider sending weapons to regions that will strike Kiev's arms dealers if Russian territory comes under fire. In a conversation with foreign media representatives, the President added that the West's involvement in strikes against the Russian federation would mean its direct involvement, and Moscow reserves the right to retaliate.
