Dr. Steven Greer was told by his sources that the Deep State/Cabal is using its Chinese assets to build and deploy antigravitic drones from submarines off the Atlantic coast. This makes Michael Jaco's claim that Matthew Livelsberger (Green Beret/Cybertruck bomber) was on the run and killed for disclosing DS secrets very plausible. Jaco's version makes Livelsberger a hero, rather than a villain as the legacy media is currently portraying him.

All this has echoes of the nuclear missile attack on Hawaii on Jan 13, 2018 that used Chinese naval assets to launch and hide a DS nuclear sub that tried to frame North Korea to start a nuclear war. Once again, the Deep State seems intent on starting a war, this time by making it appear that China is behind the drone incursions. In fact, it's the Chinese elements of the Deep State that's involved, not the Chinese Govt. A crucial distinction.
