Delicious Balsamic Onion Bread Dip: Easy Canning Tutorial

This balsamic onion "jam" is really not that thick. It is more of a bread dip than anything. But my goodness what a bread dip. It is perfect to eat with a nice dense bread like sourdough. I can jars of it for later use but you could always reduce the recipe and use it over a couple of weeks in the refrigerator.
