Wake Up with Zimri | The Gospel Intro | Testaments

The Word for gospel in Greek means "good news," but does not just refer to the 4 eye-witness accounts of Jesus' time on earth. The entire Bible is considered the gospel, because it's all good news and it's all Jesus.

Jesus is the Word of God (the logos), so not only was He with the Father and Holy Spirit (just like we are spirit, mind and body) from the beginning, but all of creation is made through Him. The intention and purposes of the Father empowered by the Spirit being expressed.

Jesus is the entire Bible, every word from the Father, and everything evident.

The New Testament is a new covenant of a higher standard... love. It's not about rules where we compare ourselves to others on a leaderboard. It was established boundaries to explain the proper order, design and system of things. It helps us understand what is successful versus unsuccessful. That there is opposition and polarity, cause and effect, and we can choose obedience or rebellion with their proper consequences (outcomes).
