I approached every political party in Northern Ireland and asked them to attend or send a representative. I invited the Education Authority, I also Invited various teachers and principles from schools in and around Belfast.

Why has the Education Authority installed 24,000 pulsed microwave transmitters in our schools?? These routers are excluded from their insurance policies.
This one fact should give every parent, teacher, principle and board of governors pause for thought..... The schools themselves could therefore be liable for any harm or injury arising from the pulsed microwave radiation emitted from these transmitters.
These uninsurable, high powered routers are literally inches above our children's heads.

Other European countries are actively trying to reduce exposure in nurseries and primary schools, because of the known dangers resulting in headaches, concentration problems, neurological and behavioural problems.
Our children are being exposed to dangerous levels of radiation in our schools.

Founded by Dr. Erica Mallery-Blythe, Physicians’ Health Initiative for Radiation and Environment (PHIRE) is an independent association of medical doctors and associated specialists assembled for the purposes of improving education regarding health effects of non-ionising radiation. We collate research produced globally on this issue, share and critique it and also conduct our own research.

Dr. Erica Mallery-Blythe BM (UK Medical Degree)

Dr. Erica Mallery-Blythe is a Special Expert at the International Commission on Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Fields (ICBE-EMF) and Founder of Physicians’ Health Initiative for Radiation and Environment (PHIRE). She is a UK trained medical doctor with a decade of experience within hospital medicine. Emergency trauma medicine was her area of expertise in hospital, and in training for this specialty she has a broad base of medical experience including surgery, anaesthetics, obstetrics, paediatrics and intensive care (both neonatal and adult). She has worked in hospital emergency rooms, led trauma teams, taught on trauma medicine courses throughout the UK and abroad and was selected to instruct doctors on teaching within medicine for Advanced Trauma and Life Support (ATLS).

In 2008, she began researching biological effects of non-ionising radiation with a special interest in Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity (EHS). She has been invited to lecture globally on this issue and discussed the public health issues surrounding non-ionising radiation exposure at the highest political level both in the UK, and in Europe.

She formally transitioned from clinical medicine to full time research in 2015 and founded PHIRE (Physicians’ Health Initiative for Radiation and Environment) to facilitate education on a larger scale. The group is currently constructing best practice guidelines for non-ionising radiation (NIR) health safeguarding for multiple settings including hospitals, schools and workspaces.
