Northwest Passage (1940)

Directed by King Vidor, based on Kenneth Roberts' novel. The story follows Major Robert Rogers (Spencer Tracy) and his famed Rogers' Rangers during their perilous mission to attack a hostile Abenaki village in 18th-century colonial America.
