Today, I revisited Billy Joel's classic "The River of Dreams" with its heartfelt lyrics and unforgettable melody. This song was one of my absolute favorites as a teenager. Released when I was just 13 years old, it dominated the Top 10 charts in Sweden for what felt like forever. Back then, it was the music and the iconic line, "I was walking in my sleep," that captivated me.

Listening to it now, as an adult, the depth of the lyrics truly hits home. It resonates with my journey through life, my youthful dreams, and the lessons learned along the way. This song is more than just a nostalgic trip; it's a reminder of the beauty in rediscovering something timeless that grows in meaning with time.
