Christian PROVES Jesus CLAIMED To Be GOD | Sam Shamoun

Jesus claims what no mere creature could ever rightfully claim—He gives eternal life (John 10:28). Eternal life is not some temporary blessing or metaphorical promise; it’s an everlasting reality that only God Himself can bestow. No human, prophet, or ruler can guarantee eternal security, yet Christ boldly declares that no one can snatch believers from His hand. This is not the speech of a mere prophet or messenger but the voice of God in the flesh.

He identifies His unity with the Father, not just in mission but in divine nature, when He proclaims, "I and the Father are one" (John 10:30). The Greek verb "esmen" clearly expresses a plurality of persons yet oneness in essence, proving Jesus is distinct from the Father yet fully divine. This truth crushes the Islamic view that Jesus was merely a prophet. A prophet does not claim to share equality with God; only God can claim such authority and power.

Furthermore, Jesus directly confronts the hypocrisy of those accusing Him of blasphemy. He exposes their inconsistency: if corrupt rulers in Psalm 82 could be called “gods” metaphorically, how much more can He, who performs miracles and fulfills divine promises, be called the Son of God? He challenges their blindness, revealing that His works testify to His divine nature. The miracles were not mere signs; they were proof of His identity as the God-man, Emmanuel, God with us.

Bible Verses
John 10:28-30
"I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one."

This shows Jesus' authority over eternal life and His unity with the Father in essence and mission.
Colossians 2:9
"For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form."

This reveals Jesus as fully God, possessing the divine nature in human flesh.
Hebrews 1:3
"The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word."

This explains that Jesus reflects God's glory and upholds creation, proving His divine nature.

Jesus isn’t just a moral teacher or prophet. He’s the Divine Son, the eternal Savior, and the true God who calls all people to eternal life through faith in Him. Islam denies this reality, but the Bible boldly proclaims it without apology. Let the miracles, the words, and the resurrection silence every critic. Only in Jesus Christ can anyone find salvation, for He alone is Lord of all!
