Skyrim Legendary Edition: Is Alduin a Hero? Escaping Helgen, Meeting Gerdur & Looting Feandal's House!

Join me as I dive into the Legendary Edition of Skyrim! This isn't the Special Edition—it’s the classic older version, and the nostalgia is real. In this gameplay, I start a vanilla playthrough, escape Helgen with Alduin causing chaos, and make my way to Riverwood. Along the way, I pick the Warrior Stone, help Feandal in his love triangle, and may have looted almost everything in Feandal's house (don’t judge me!).

When we arrive at Riverwood, we meet with Gerdur, who gives us a warm welcome and sends us on the path to Whiterun to speak with the Jarl. We also get caught in the middle of Sven’s attempt to trick Camilla into hating Feandal—talk about drama! Plus, I pick up the quest to retrieve the Golden Claw, an ancient treasure stolen from the Riverwood Trader.

But here’s the big question: Is Alduin secretly a hero? After all, he did save the soon-to-be Dragonborn (me!) from being beheaded. Maybe we shouldn’t hate him so much? Let me know your thoughts in the comments!
