Jakoba's Reign of Terror (pt 84)

Jakoba gets down to business. He gets with Kishu, the Head of the Department of Technological Research and is setting adjustments to the economic structure in Milina. He is seeking to rehome a large number on his people due to the Kurane Core Program and the economic wealth in Milina. Jakoba rejects a lot of warmer cities on Kidasuna for his people even though a lot of them are on Puthade which is tropical. Kishu and Jakoba talk about the empty and cold places on Earth that are perfect for the sha-Rokat. Jakoba’s Earth colonies will live segregated from the humans, probably as hunting lodges or ranches. Jakoba goes on to talk about cyber weapons based on quantum computers. Both of them plan to meet with Jakoba’s daughters at the Imperial Lodge the following day about these cyber weapons and possibly leaking quantum computers to the humans. Jakoba thinks about hiring Kishu as an Advisor to the Throne, but he does not want to position.
