Note: all tracks recorded under the names Academy 23 or UNIT are the property of DNA Records and protected by copyright, regardless of who wrote the works concerned. This is a track from our 50th album ‘E Pluribus Unum’. It is dedicated respectfully to Matt Walsh of The Daily Wire. This features Akira Ishii – Flute.

This is how it feels to be a lonely voice, shouting in an empty room.
The world in which I live is sad and confused:
I look at lefties and I see them amused
whenever children are attacked and abused
by filthy perverts whose political aim
is to indoctrinate – clearly they’re bereft of any shame;
does our acquiescence mean we’re equally to blame?

This is how it feels to be a lonely voice, shouting in an empty room.
I despise most people and they detest me
but I accept this as the new reality.
I’m sick and tired of this continual pain;
the same refrain, over and over again.
I know most of you wish I did not exist
and when I die, I will not be missed.

Text & Music: Andy Martin.
