Police looking for Jamar Banks have been urged to use “extreme caution,” as he is believed to be armed with a large knife.

Banks has already been arrested 52 TIMES and let back on the street each time, despite his tendency to commit vioIent crimes.

He even st*bbed a subway employee, who then began speaking out about the dangers they face on a daily basis.
