I ran afoul of "X" approximately one week before the November election. National emotions were high as we were all worried about another "Steal". Democrats worried it would not work and MAGA Republicans worried that it would. As a very conservative Patriot & Republican (best characterized as MAGA) I spent much time that day urging people to do all within their power to ensure their vote was registered just the way they sent it in. "X" deemed me a "bot" and froze me out of my account. Having been frozen out I could not get back in to try and address any issues, nor could I close my account. It remained on record as an "X" account, which angered me. When Mr. Musk bought the platform, he discovered that as much as 50% of the accounts were fake accounts from the Twitter Administrators, cooking the books to make it appear more profitable and thus worth more to advertisers. Having decided to close my account for desertion in a manner of speaking, I had to write government officials for assistance. Late in November, I got a cryptic e-mail from what appeared to be some umbrella organization that informed me my "X" account was closed. The entire episode left me with a bad taste for social media to the degree that today is the first time I have ventured back onto social; media. Social media is not social media if we are all to be trained parrots on a perch squaking out what the parrot owners have taught us to say. We are not parrots, but free men & women. Platform owners aren't the masters of a free man's thoughts either (lest they would steal his freedom). Downside? In this world of the Deep State modeled after Red China, we use our freedom to hang ourselves much like the old saying from the past suggested; Give them enough rope and they will hang themselves. The overbearing State harms itself when it censures people. They regard our accounts as our dossier which they refuse to allow us to continue filling out for them when they censure us.

Recall that Musk only boarded the Trump train when Trump was shot less than 6 months ago. Where his true loyalty lies is still questionable.

Why did Trump choose Elon to fill that role? I’ve kind of checked out for the time being. I’m weary of disappointment.

I say a lot of off color things in comment sections....cause no one cares. Musk remarks were very childish. Not a good look for MAGA. Closing the border and quelling immigration is the one thing that most Americans agree on....and Musk and Vivek do the polar opposite. They are better than the alternative...I guess.

Actually, I think this whole deal with the great & powerful Musk finally coming out from behind the curtain and showing his real face is freaking hilarious! On July 13th 2024. he was faced with the very real possibility that Kamala Harris came within 1/4 inch from being POTUS instead of DJT. This scared him. The USA is one of very few legal shelters in the world available to him to avoid being arrested and/or disappeared by the global NWO monsters. If he’s lucky. If DJT is somehow not around, he is well and truly fucked! He can kiss off a SHITTON of money at the very least (which we now know is what he truly loves more than America) and quite possibly his family and his very life. So he has his Dark MAGA epiphany 6 months ago, is jumping around like a 9 year old on a sugar buzz, and throws around what amounts to chump change for him to try to buy his way into America First heaven. We all know what Jesus said about the likelihood of THAT kinda deal ever being closed, do we not? Now that his true colors and nature are exposed in the bright light of day and he is called out for it, he erupts in a temper tantrum insulting and lashing out at the very people who are keeping him alive. Just like a spoiled 4 year old (at least he's through the terrible twos!) who has never felt the palm of a hand to his backside in his life. Which I suspect he never has. Now that MAGA has given him the discipline he so richly deserves (pun intended) he’s decided to take his big shiny toy he calls “X” (isn’t that what he named his kid as well?) and go home. And to top that off, he is now going to limit access and freedom of speech for users who dare to criticize the great and powerful Musk. If he doesn’t get his way, he hates MAGA and we can all fuck ourselves in the face. So NOW we find out who was TRULY brat in the 2024 election. It was Elon the Wannabe Martian! Who else but a Martian names their brat X?

The GROK example- that pins on the word malfeasance- shows tha the algorhythm is WRONG. That is a perfectly reasonable word to use to explain that something once agreed or understood has been violated. This kind of descriptive AND LEGAL term must be allowed. It is NOT in its self "negative" it described a NEGATIVE or dishonest action.... THAT is the negativity- the ACTION which is under discussion.

Have been banned for a year now over a joke that didn't break any rules, appealed and won but left in limbo, still banned and further appeals ignored. Not new to small accounts, but no one cared or listened, so now as predicted everyone gets it, without the mass backlash already pre thinned out.

Is Elon taking over because Trump is getting older and has been under so much stress.

Well … here is the problem being ignored. If you DO NOT have a PAID account you are NOT seen or heard. You are oppressed. You have speech but Only those w/ paid subscribers get shown now on feeds. Elon also promotes people to stop unpaid users from replying to paid accounts So If you are unpaid you are free to talk… but you talk to yourself. If you are paid you a somewhat censored w/ “rules” … unless you are a huge account (many are silent about Elon’s actions). They are his Products… they can be Free Speech as PAID subscribers . So basically.. unsubscribed is now just Lurkers Subscribers , many are his “Products” Sad… very sad indeed!
