Ingredients -

Chicken Legs / DrumSticks
Canola Oil for Binder
Heath Riles Competition BBQ Rub

Butter Bath -
2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
Honey
Chicken Bone Broth

Fire up your Char-Griller 980 to 275 Degrees, Spread your chick legs out and spray them with the canola oil for a binder, add the rub to the chicken legs make sure to fully cover the chicken legs.

Place Chicken Legs on CHar-Griller and let smoke for 45 Minutes.

Melt the butter, honey and chicken bone broth all at once.

After the the 45 minutes, place chicken legs into aluminum pan and pour the butter bath all of the chicken legs, cover with aluminum foil and leave on Char-Griller for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, pull the chicken legs out of the butter bath and place back on grates, and cover with BBQ Sauce of your choice.

Allow the legs to keep cooking until you reach the proper internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Remove chicken legs from Char-Griller and let them rest for 10 minutes and the enjoy a wonderful chicken leg / chicken drumstick dinner.
