Judge blocks Biden admin from selling border wall materials

A federal judge in Texas has ruled that the Biden administration must stop selling border wall materials that the outgoing president has refused to install.

The Biden administration agreed to stop selling further border wall materials over the next 30 days.

In a Truth Social post, President-elect Trump celebrated the blocked sale, calling the ruling “a major, crucial WIN for America.”

“The Judge has also ordered an investigation into the illegal selling of the materials, which will expose just how corrupt and anti-American Radical Democrats are,” Trump added.

The effort, led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, began amid reports that the Biden administration was selling border wall materials.

“We have successfully blocked the Biden administration from disposing of any further border wall materials before President Trump takes office,” said Paxton, who has said he wants to help the incoming Trump administration with mass deportation efforts.
