And for Christianity's first 300 years not a single Christian writer declared Universalism a heresy, nor mentioned everlasting, endless punishment. But things began to change drastically with the arrival of Augustine, the beginning of the Popery and Roman Catholicism, and the change from the Greek language to Latin.
