Car Pulled over After Racing at Stoplight

Info from Licensor: "I noticed a person driving quickly as they passed me earlier when I was going 35mph, the local speed limit. My guess was they were going ~50-55mph. The car ended up next to me at a red light. At that point, I accelerated quickly to just over the speed limit (40mph) to see if they would react. I'm not positive if they reacted to me or if they were driving as they normally do, but they passed me well beyond the speed limit and, coincidentally and unbeknownst to me, there was a police officer directly behind me. They chased them down and pulled them over, all while recording my reaction."
