The last 24 hours have revealed once more that the government responsible for protecting us doesn’t like telling the truth to us. I am increasingly puzzled by this behavior. Especially when we see so-called FBI leaders openly say they need the public’s help in a press conference, having just lied to us twice, first definitively saying the New Orleans attack was not terrorism, and then hiding the ISIS flag presence during the attack. These actions are dumb and dangerous but they’re not surprising as this willful hiding of information is rampant throughout our government. Tomorrow, January 3rd, Speaker Mike Johnson may see a significant challenge to his re-election because his team hides information from us. Well, we the American people have access to at least one platform where truthful information can be published and that is why yesterday, we saw the truth about the attacks brought out faster and more reliably than any government or regime media entity. It’s not perfect and folks have to be careful not to spread false information, but crowdsourcing emergency information is evolving before our very eyes, and as I have discussed on panels, in tv interviews, and on my own show the last few weeks, it is up to us to see and share anything out of the ordinary as we run up to President Trump’s inauguration, because the same entities that wanted him to lose in 2024 are still working to prevent him from taking office. We are witnessing what many of us in the national security realm have been warning about, a kinetic internal operation to disrupt or delay the next administration’s taking power.
