20250102 214622 Tux and Moderately-friendly Khaleesi

Tux and Khaleesi getting along moderately well. Truth is... Tux is always friendly, but Khaleesi "has her days", and this is one of the better ones. Relatively little hissing and zero signs of aggression or any perceived need for defense. During most of these encounters Tux doesn't crowd or even stare at her, but he does seem to want to hang out. In the end he decides that she's not particularly interesting today and we head down the steps for another tenuous free-walk in the front yard. Not shown, but Tux for the first time went to the edge of the yard into the parking lot and walked under about eight cars. Fortunately no cars drove by during that time to spook him, and I eventually verbally coaxed him out from under the final car. I didn't have treats with me this time as a manipulation tool, but I probably need to ensure that that doesn't recur.
