The brother of the New Orleans terror attack suspect has said his action on New Year’s Day was “completely out of character”.

Fourteen people were killed and at least 35 injured after Shamsud-Din Jabbar carried out an Islamic State (IS)-inspired attack and drove into crowds in the early hours of New Year's Day.

His brother has given an interview to our US partner CBS.
