Family members and school communities have identified nine of the victims killed in the New Year’s Day terror attack in New Orleans, where an ISIS-inspired suspect drove a pickup truck through a crowded Street before opening fire.
Drew Dauphin – a 2023 graduate of Auburn University who worked at the Honda Alabama Auto Plant
25-year-old Billy DiMaio, a recent Auburn University graduate and a New York-based account executive for the media company Audacy.
Matthew Tenedorio, a beloved audiovisual technician for the Superdome and a Pearl River Central High School graduate
21-year-old Hubert Gauthreaux was confirmed to have lost his life by family members who took to social media announcing his death. He graduated from Shaw high school in 2021

18-Year-Old Kareem Badawi who was attending his Freshman Year at the University of Alabama.

27-year-old Tiger Bech: The native of Lafayette, Louisiana, was a former Princeton football player and had been working as a junior trader in New York City.

37-year-old Reggie Hunter, a father of an 11 and one year old, known for his sense of humor.
*18-year-old Nikyra Dedeaux, a Nursing Student from Gulfport in Southern Mississippi whose mother said snuck out of the house that night
28-year-old Nicole Perez, a Deli Manager, who had just moved into a New Apartment in Metairie with her 4-Year-Old Son
35 others were injured. Shamsud Din Jabbar was killed during a shootout with police shortly after the attack.
