'No safe harbor' in US for ISIS, says Biden after New Orleans attack

U.S President Joe Biden said on Thursday (January 2) he learned from intelligence meetings that the U.S. Army veteran who drove a truck into a crowd of New Year's Day revellers in New Orleans had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State, but acted alone in the attack that killed at least 14 people.
