UFO Descends in Peru

Take a look. OK, I think this is coming in from Peru and we're looking at
what looks to be some kind of metallic disc.

The Bob Lazar Classic Sports model, as he describes it.

Maybe 20 feet in diameter.

Maybe not of this Earth.

What is the propulsion behind this? It seems very stationary in its descent
downward next to these power lines.
