Huntington Vape Burglary

In what we assume is a bizarre twist of criminal altruism, two young men broke into a Huntington convenience store not for cash or candy, but for all the vaping products. Their noble cause? Well, we can only guess but it's probably keeping e-cigs out of the hands of school kids. Inspired, no doubt, by Crime Stoppers' recent posts about the vaping epidemic in schools, these modern-day Robin Hoods took matters into their own hands.

Armed with nothing but a sense of righteousness, a pipe, and bags, they smashed their way into the store and made off with vapes, pods, and e-juices. If they hadn't been so rushed, they'd likely have left behind a note that read, "For the kids' safety!" Even if their intentions were pure, their method of crime prevention could use some work.

If you can identify these wayward vigilantes, contact Crime Stoppers and let us help them find a less illegal way to fight the good fight against underage vaping. Anonymous tips are accepted only at 639TIPS.com, through our app (639TIPS.com/app), and through calls to (936) 639-TIPS.

Only tips and calls DIRECTLY to Crime Stoppers are anonymous and an anonymous, crime-solving tip might be eligible for a reward.

With Crime Stoppers, the entire process, from tip to reward, is handled without identifying the tipsters. No one will know who you are.

A reward can be paid only to the first, most accurate crime-solving tip, so don't hesitate to submit yours.
