Welcome to 2025. This year we wanted to do something a little different. We are giving you a special meditation to determine the 1 resolution you will achieve this year.

A list of resolutions is very daunting, and most people get overwhelmed very quickly, leading to them giving up. We want you to focus on just 1 resolution that will make you the best version of yourself.

We will give you the steps to see it through to the end, and you can use this meditation throughout the year to set new goals for yourself.

Remember, we want 1 resolution that you want to achieve, and you will take steps to achieve it. 1 new push-up a day till you’re doing 365 push-ups by the end of the year. Meditate for a minimum of 5 minutes every day. Learn how to speak French!

Set your goal, and follow through. You’ve got this! Merry new year everyone!
