Dogs are absolutely amazing. They remind us of smaller and hairier versions of humans that love nothing more than to have fun. It seems like we can never get enough of the puppy awesomeness. They keep us at our toes with their antics and melt us into puddles of mush when they turn on their charm. They are like our furry offspring that likes to wake us up early in the morning to go potty but we don’t mind because they are adorable.

Faithful, kind, affectionate, loyal - all these complimentary characteristics apply to dogs that know their owners, like no other. Imagine what kind of secrets your beloved furry amigo could tell about you, if only it could talk. When someone says “Great Dane”, the term conjures up a picture of the gangly and troublesome Marmaduke ruining the neighbor’s yard, or Shaggy’s clumsy canine companion in a Scooby Doo mystery, cowering or devouring everything in sight. The most we get from these caricatures are lovable, bumbling giants generally causing mayhem. Does this dog’s personality live up to its cartoonish hype? We don’t think so. On the contrary, mayhem is something that this pooch has outlived and he is only in the mood of showing pure love to his grandpa. Of course, grandchildren love their grandparents and they always spend an enjoyable time with them. No one can spoil you like your grandparents. That’s a fact! A refutable one!

Though this pooch looks intimidating for most people, he is loyal and when he gets attached to somebody, that’s it, you have a companion for life.
